Which tool for which job?
- Merge PDF: Job portals and online forms that accept a single file: combine your resume, certificates and ID into one PDF. Use the ↑ ↓ buttons to set the order first.
- Split PDF: Send only what is needed, such as pages 3 to 5 of a contract, or split a multi-month statement into separate files.
- Delete pages: Drop blank pages, cover pages or ads from a downloaded document.
- Rotate pages: Fix scanned pages that are upside down or sideways, all of them or only a few.
- Images to PDF: Turn phone photos of documents, receipts or forms into one A4 PDF to print or email. iPhone HEIC photos work too.
How to write page numbers
- "1-3" means pages 1, 2 and 3. "5" means page 5 only. Separate several parts with commas: "1-3, 5, 8-10".
- "8-" means page 8 to the last page, "-3" means the first page to page 3.
- When splitting with "One file per range", each comma-separated part becomes its own file.
What this tool cannot do yet
- It does not compress PDFs or convert PDF to Word yet.
- It cannot open password-protected or edit-locked PDFs.
- It does not preview pages yet, so open the original file to check the page numbers you need.
Photos of documents too large? Compress them first for a lighter PDF.

Frequently asked questions
Are my PDF files uploaded to a server?

No. Files are read and processed inside the browser on your device, so it is fine for personal documents such as IDs, contracts or statements. Close the page and the files are gone, AX Tools 365 keeps no copy.
Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge?

Yes. Up to 30 files at a time, each up to 100 MB. On a phone, merge very large files in smaller batches so the browser does not run out of memory.
Does merging or splitting reduce the quality?

No. Pages are copied as they are, so text and images stay identical to the original. Images to PDF saves photos as high-quality JPG and keeps PNG images unchanged.
Why can my PDF not be opened?

Usually because it is password-protected or locked for editing, which is common with bank statements sent by email. Open it with the password, print it to a new PDF and use that copy.
Does it work on a phone?

Yes. It runs in mobile browsers such as Chrome and Safari. Pick files from the Files app or your photo library, then download the result to your device.
