How to use it
- Choose Invoice or Quote and check the number and dates.
- Fill in your details (add a logo if you like) and your client’s.
- Add each item with its quantity and unit price. Amounts and the total update as you type.
- Add payment details, then click Download PDF. Click Save draft to keep editing later.
Tips for a professional invoice
- Use a unique, sequential number for every invoice (INV-0001, INV-0002…).
- State the due date and the accepted payment methods clearly.
- Say whether prices include tax, shipping or installation in the notes.
- Keep a copy of every PDF you send. Your local tax rules decide what an invoice must contain.
Note: invoice requirements differ from country to country. Check what your tax authority requires on an invoice, such as tax numbers or sequential numbering, before you send one.

Are my invoice details stored anywhere?

No. Everything stays in the page on your device and is gone when you close it. To keep a draft, click Save draft to download a .json file and open it again later.
Can I add my logo?

Yes. Add a PNG, JPG, WebP or HEIC image. It is resized and placed at the top left of the invoice and the preview.
Can I create a quote instead of an invoice?

Yes. Switch the document type to Quote, and the due date becomes a valid-until date.
Which currencies are supported?

US dollars and Vietnamese dong for now, with the total also written in words. Amounts use two decimals for dollars and none for dong.
